Marie-Claire Erable-Rodrigues

Marie-Claire Erable-Rodrigues is a fourth year student studying French, Art Practice, and Art History at Saint Mary’s College of California who works primarily through acrylics, printmaking, and mixed media. Her creative practice involves finding uncontemporary uses for these mediums as well as exploring their physical properties. The cyclical themes of genealogy, transmission, and erasure are the subjects of her latest works, which aim to decipher these ideas through both established and new symbolism.
